• Candidates will be required to run industrial machine equipment ranging from Press Brake , CNC equipment, spot welding
• Must be dependable, Energetic, and bring positive energy.
• Able to work under supervision and desire to self start and make production rates
• Perform related labor as required to clean up, set up, and organize. Return the dies and materials to the proper location.
• Responsible to ensure that all safety and quality start-up procedures are followed.
• Responsible to perform all required quality checks utilizing gauges and other measuring devices.
• Responsible to accurately report production in electronic reporting system.
• Responsible to communicate with team members (Supervisor, Quality, Co-workers) on any issues with the machines. Have an understanding of what the cause of the issue is and which team member to inform.

Knowledge and Education

• 2 years of experience of working in a high energy fast paced manufacturing environment, ability to perform and make required production rates
• Hard working, dependable, motivated for success
• Ability to perform manual labor such as bolting dies into presses.
• Good mechanical skill set.
• Results-oriented team player, excellent attendance, high energy level and good attention to detail.
• Ability to operate heavy equipment safely.
